2. Sales Terms and Conditions
All sales of original artworks and digital content through this website are subject to the following terms:
2.1 Sales Contracts
- All sales of original artworks require a written sales contract to protect both the artist and the client. This contract will outline the terms of sale, including the price, payment method, delivery, and ownership transfer.
- Once a contract is signed, it is legally binding, and both parties must adhere to its terms.2.2 Digital Content Sales
High-quality, watermark-free images and digital catalogues are available for purchase. These are sold under a separate digital content license, which grants you specific rights to use the content as outlined in the purchase agreement.2.3 Respect for Artistic Integrity
- Clients are expected to treat the artworks they purchase with the utmost respect. Paintings, sculptures, and any other form of art must not be placed in environments that degrade their artistic value or offend the dignity of the artist, such as restrooms or spaces that trivialise the work.
- The respect shown to a work of art reflects the respect for the artist. The dignity of the artist stems from the dignity of their art. A work of art holds intrinsic value that transcends financial considerations—respect is priceless.2.4 Consequences of Disrespecting the Artwork
- In cases where a client is found to have treated an artwork disrespectfully or offensively, the artist reserves the right to:Deduct a minimum of 50% from the deposit.
Mandate the return of the artwork, regardless of whether it has been delivered or not.
Permanently remove the client’s name from the roster of approved collectors and clients.
Prohibit any future sales or commissions to the client.
These measures are essential to uphold the integrity of the artwork and safeguard the artist’s professional dignity.
3. Returns and Refunds
Given the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as damage during shipping or significant inaccuracies in the artwork description.
For digital content, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital downloads.
